Ingredients

  • orecchiette - 13 oz (375 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salvia - 15 leaves
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • walnuts - 1/2 cup (125 g), chopped
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • parmesan - 2.5 oz (65 g)
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the pasta in salted water. In the meantime melt the butter.

Add the salvia and garlic, braise 1-2 min. and remove from the stove.
