How to make
Wash the chicken livers and cut them. Pour them into a pot of water and boil. Strain the water and wash them well again.
Cut the carrot and peppers into thin sticks, and the onion into crescents. Cut the mushrooms into larger pieces.
Melt butter with a spoonful of oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and fry them. Remove and set them aside. In the same pan, fry the carrot and peppers for 8 minutes. Add the livers, and shortly after them return the mushrooms.
