  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • onions - 1
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • potatoes - 6
  • chicken broth - 4 cups
  • milk - 2 cups
  • cooking cream - 100 ml
  • cheddar - for garnish

How to make

The bacon is cooked right in the cooking pot until crispy. Remove and place it onto kitchen paper to remove the excess fat.
