How to make
Tear the core of the lettuce into leaves, wash well under running water and drain well.
Cut the tomatoes into circles and chop the chives. Gorgonzola can be crushed with your fingers or cut into pieces.
In a wide plate in which you will serve the salad, start arranging the lettuce leaves starting from the smallest for the top of the tree, to the largest for the base.
Arrange the tomatoes and cheese to decorate the tree, and finally sprinkle with pine nuts and chives. For a star, arrange the red pepper in strips or as you like.
Apply balsamic reduction for color contrast.
Prepare the dressing by mixing the ingredients for it and pour it over the salad before serving!
