How to make
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar in part of the ayran and let it rise.
Mix both types of flour in a bowl. In the middle of the flour, pour the yeast, the remaining ayran, salt and olive oil. Mix a medium hard dough and leave it to rise.
Divide it into small balls (as big as an apple) and arrange them in a greased oven dish next to each other, in lines, starting with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 per line to form the whole Christmas tree.
Smear with oil or olive oil and sprinkle it with the seeds. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 30 - 35 minutes until ready.
