How to make
Cut the pork into pieces and fry it in a little oil. Chop the cabbage finely and sauté it until soft with ½ cup oil and ½ cup hot water.
Separately, fry the chopped onion in ½ cup oil. Add the rice and fry well, while stirring. Remove the rice from the heat and add the paprika, black pepper and savory to taste.
In a large pot, combine the cabbage, rice and pork. Stir, add 3 cups of hot water and put them on the stove to boil for about 10 minutes.
Transfer to a large oven dish and put it to bake until the water evaporates and it gets a nice tan.
