How to make
The fish is cleaned, washed and salted. It is cut into large pieces, which are smeared with oil.
The onion is finely chopped and fried in some of the fat. Add the cabbage, cut into strips. When it is stewed, pour the rice.
Pour 1 cup of hot water and leave it to simmer. Transfer it into a tray and arrange the carp cutlets on top.
Drizzle with the remaining oil, which has been heated and seasoned with black pepper. Pour it with water halfway and bake it in a moderately heated oven.
