How to make
Clean the stems of the peppers. Add the water to the peppers and garlic and put them to boil in a container on the stove. Once tender, rub them through a fine strainer.
Return them to the container and put it on the stove to simmer with all the other ingredients. Once you get a thick homogenous sauce, remove it from the heat and transfer it into a clean, warm jar and cap it.
Use Tabasco sauce as an addition to soups, seafood, sauces, salads, mayonnaise, appetizers, etc.
