How to make
Season the steaks with salt, pepper, chopped garlic and put them right into a large greased tray. Top them with a little oil, soya sauce and wine and let it season with the spices for an hour.
Put in a tray with foil and bake them until almost ready in a moderately heated oven. Season the peeled and cut potatoes with the spices and distribute them into the tray with the steaks.
Add some water, return to the oven to bake until the potatoes are ready, but without foil.
