How to make
Pour in a little cold water over the gelatin and wait for it to bubble. Beat the yolks with the flour and heat the milk with the sugar until it dissolves. Then pour this into the egg yolks in a trickle.
Return to the stove while heating and stirring constantly, until the cream thickens. Add the gelatin and vanilla and stir for 4-5 minutes without boiling. Add the whites, beaten to snow, gradually while stirring to the lightly cooled cream. Distribute this mixture into seven bowls.
In 6 of them, put a few drops of the confectionery dyes and mix until uniform in color, and in the seventh - add the walnuts. In a round baking tin, but not with a removable bottom, pour in a little water. Gradually pour all the creams in the middle of the tin. For example, first the blue, then the green in the middle, then purple in the middle and so on and end it with walnuts.
Allow to stay in a refrigerator until set. Flip over and serve. Note : I personally did not flip it over, but simply cut it like a cake from the tin itself.
