How to make
Wash all the vegetables, cut them into tiny pieces, chop the cabbage and rub it lightly.
Boil a marinade from the vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. Pour it over the veggies and leave them to sit as is for 2 hours.
Then fill up jars with them and sterilize for 5 min. after boiling point.
Optionally, you can prepare the pickle with cucumbers or other favorite vegetable of your choice.
