How to make
Knead a dough from the listed ingredients, eyeball the amount of milk you add. Wrap the dough in aluminum foil and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Roll out a sheet from it and cut out crackers of the desired shape and size. Arrange them in an oiled tray, smear them with an egg and bake until reddened.
Optionally, you can sprinkle with seeds on top.
