How to make

Whip 1 cup (250 g) of the butter with 1 cup of sugar into cream. Add the eggs to it one at a time and then add the vanilla.

Mix the baking soda with the sour cream. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add half the flour to the egg mixture, add the sour cream, and then add the other half of the flour, but do not stir too much. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling.

Pour half the dough into a buttered cake form and cover it with half of the mixture for sprinkling. Top with the remaining dough and cover with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mix. Bake the cake in the oven at 360°F (180 °C) for about 50 min.

Let it sit for 10 minutes and remove from the form. Make a syrup from the milk, instant coffee, 2/5 cup (100 g) butter, 1/2 cup sugar by putting them to come to a boil. Once they boil, remove from the heat and pour the syrup over the cake.

To have the cake absorb the syrup better, you can put it back in the form in which it baked, and then syrup it. Sprinkle generously with coconut flakes.
