How to make
Beat the soft butter with the sugar until you get a fluffy cream. Add the eggs one at a time while continuously whipping. Add the warm brewed coffee, the honey and rum flavoring.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, black pepper, cocoa and sift. Make sure that the coffee is not too warm. Add the dry ingredients and coffee in portions, alternating between them. Carefully mix the cake mixture after all the ingredients have been added.
Put it into a pre-greased and lightly dusted with cocoa cake mold. Put the cocoa coffee cake to bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 45 minutes.
