How to make
Put the roasted pumpkin in a bowl and mash well with a fork.
Add the coconut sugar along with the coconut oil, honey, salt and spices and mix well. You should get a liquid orange batter.
Pour the coconut flour and stir until it is all absorbed.
You should now have a fluffy and slightly crumbly dough that is not sticky.
With your hands, form balls of the desired size and put them in a container covered with baking paper.
Put the balls in the freezer for about an hour.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Roll each ball nicely in chocolate with the help of 2 forks and place onto baking paper.
Store the candies in the refrigerator or freezer.
