Ingredients

  • onion - 1 onion
  • peas - 1 lb (450 g) frozen
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 9 oz (250 g) canned
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • parsley
  • oregano
  • fresh garlic - 4 pcs. cloves with the peel
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

How to make

In a pot, heat 3-4 tbsp. oil.

Finely chopped onion is poured in, for a minute or two, carrot cubes are added, followed by the peas.

Let the water evaporate and add chopped tomatoes, paprika, oregano and pour warm water to cover the products.

When the vegan stew boils, add cloves of garlic with the peel and cook on moderate heat until done.

Finally, mix the flour with a little water into a paste, pour it into the pot, let it boil for a while and it's done.

Serve the vegan pea stew sprinkled with parsley and garlic cloves.
