How to make
The onions are finely chopped, along with carrot and pepper. Fry the vegetables in a pan with a little oil and salt.
Then pour them into a pot along with the meat and pour water over them. Boil them for about 40-50 minutes. Add the peeled and diced potatoes. Add a clove or two of garlic.
As the potatoes soften, add a grated tomato or tomato juice. Beat 1-2 tablespoons of flour with a little water and addthem to the boiling water.
Boil for another 10 minutes. Add as much black pepper and paprika as you desire. After removing it from the heat, add the parsley to the potato stew.
