How to make
Divide the chicken into portions and cut all the vegetables up. At the bottom of the greased pot, put some potatoes in. Top it with chicken and all the other vegetables.
While arranging, sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Dilute tomato paste with 1 cup of hot water and pour it in a pot with a three quarter full glass of wine.
Cover the pot and put it to bake in an unheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 390°F (200 °C). Optionally, you can then thicken the sauce with a spoon of flour.
