How to make
Cut the sausages into pieces with a length of about 2″ (5 cm). Peel the potatoes, chop and fry them in a little preheated oil briefly. Put the potatoes in a large pan in 2 lots and shake for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the fried potatoes into a greased oven try and season them with all the spices. Add the sausage pieces, distribute pieces of butter on top and top them up with 2/3 cup of beer and some water.
Put to bake in a moderately heated oven until ready. If necessary, gently stir twice. Serve the baked potatoes with sausages with freshly chopped parsley.
