  • pork - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • salo - 9 oz (250 g)
  • salt - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • savory - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • black pepper - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • paprika - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • pork intestines - thin

How to make

Wash and then chop the meat finely along with the salo. Add the finely mashed spices. Salt the mixture and knead it well.

Let it sit for several hours and then stuff it into the thoroughly washed pig's intestines.
