How to make
The chocolate is chopped and melted together with the butter in a water bath.
The eggs are beaten with the sugar until white, the chocolate mixture is added, then the flour and the cocoa. They should be mixed well.
Grease 8 soufflé molds with a diameter of about 3.1″ (8 cm) and fill them with the above mixture.
The soufflés are baked in a heated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 10 minutes. Cool them.
The chocolate soufflés are very tasty.
