How to make
Break the chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
Add the melted chocolate, flour and cocoa and mix well.
Grease 4 baking tins with butter and fill 2/3 of their volume with the chocolate soufflé mixture (optionally, medium-sized).
Heat the oven to 430°F (220°C).
Bake the soufflé for 10-12 minutes.
Take out the lava cakes and let them cool.
Serve them sprinkled with powdered sugar and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a separate bowl next to them.
The inside of the soufflé should remain liquid.
No wonder that it is also called lava cake.
