How to make
Beat the sugar and eggs together and cook in a water bath.
When the mixture has thickened and is thermally processed, remove from the heat, add the chocolate and margarine to it.
Stir everything well until the chocolate and margarine have melted and you have a homogeneous mixture, then place back onto the heat briefly, just before it boils, remove from the heat.
While the chocolate cream is still hot, coat each wafer crust.
Then press down the homemade wafers with something heavy and let them sit for a few hours, preferably overnight.
