How to make
Cut the washed vegetables and put them to boil in salted water, enough to cover them. Once tender, remove the soup from the heat and blend everything, adding the spices along with the olive oil.
Drop in the pieces of sliced salmon and broccoli and return it to the stove to boil for 10-15 minutes. Optionally, serve the cream of salmon soup with a spoon of sour cream and fresh onion bunches.
