Ingredients

  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml), for frying

How to make

Beat the eggs with the yoghurt, add the flour, baking soda and a little salt to them, while stirring constantly.

Take spoonfuls of the dough mixture using a wooden spoon, soaked in water, and drop them in preheated oil.

Fry the fritters on both sides. Once ready, sprinkle them with powdered sugar or fruit syrup and serve immediately.
