How to make
Cut the beef into portions and fry them evenly in the oil. Then add the chopped onion and flour and fry them as well. Sprinkle with a spoonful of paprika and salt. Top with hot water, enough to cover the meat and let it boil.
Cut the zucchini and soak them in salted water with vinegar for half an hour, then drain them. Add them to the meat, along with the chopped mushrooms and boil for 20 minutes. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and boil until the dish remains mostly in oil.
Season to taste with black pepper. Serve the beef with zucchini, sprinkled with parsley or dill and lemon slices.
