How to make
The red peppers are cleaned from the seeds and cut in half.
Put them in the pot, add the cleaned garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper and alcoholic vinegar (apple cider vinegar is never used).
Boil the ingredients over low heat for 30 minutes.
Pour everything into a blender, add 50 ml of boiling water and blend the hot sauce well.
If you want to have a smooth sauce, you can strain everything through a strainer by pressing well with a spoon.
Keep the hot sauce in the refrigerator.
The sauce is most delicious if made on the day before use.
