Ingredients

  • noodles - 3 cups
  • olive oil
  • onion - 1 onion
  • shiitake mushrooms - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • water - 4 cups or broth
  • tomatoes - 1
  • saffron - a pinch
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Soak the mushrooms in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Strain and wash them.

Pour olive oil into a large pan, chop the onion and fry it. Add the mushrooms to it. After ten minutes, add the grated tomato and pressed garlic.

Add the noodles to them and cook until they change color. Pour water, soy sauce and spices. Cook until the water evaporates.

Turn off the heat and serve the fried noodles.
