Ingredients

  • glass noodles - 7 oz (200 g)
  • chicken fillet - 7 oz (200 g)
  • green peppers - 1
  • red peppers - 1
  • onions - 1
  • shiitake mushrooms - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • carrots - 1
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. dark
  • water - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) warm

How to make

Start by cutting the chicken into thin strips, then peel the onion, cut it into large pieces, or into slices. Also cut the green, red pepper and carrot into strips and cut the shiitake mushrooms into large pieces.

Also grab a wok pan and add the fat inside, put it on the stove to heat up.

When heating the fat, first add the chicken meat and sauté it for a while with all the spices.

When the meat is sautéed, add 1 cup of water and 7 oz (200 g) of noodles.

Let the Chinese dish cook for three minutes and the noodles to absorb the water.

Finally, add all the vegetables to the noodles and chicken, sauté them with the remaining fat for two minutes on high heat and serve the classic Chinese fried noodles warm.
