Ingredients

  • hot peppers - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • vinegar - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • mustard seeds - about 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • garlic - 1 head
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • celery - 1/4 head
  • onion - 4 medium - sized onions
  • bay leaf - 5 - 6 pcs.

How to make

Put the water mixed with vinegar on the heat, add salt, black pepper, mustard, chopped garlic, honey, finely chopped celery, chopped onion, bay leaves and leave the mixture boil for a few minutes, then turn off the heat

Cut the hot peppers into slices and add them to the mixture.

Mix well and put them in jars, by adding the liquid.

Leave them in a cool place. After a week they are ready for consumption.

The hot peppers in vinegar are very successful.
