"Behind its complicated name is simply a really tasty minced meat dish"

Ingredients

  • minced meat - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • spices - to taste
  • onions - 1
  • potatoes - 2, boiled
  • spring onions - 3 - 4 stalks
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • pickles - 2 pcs.
  • processed cheese - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • peppers
  • eggplants - 1/2 jar roasted (250 - 300 g)

How to make

Flavor the minced meat with spices and onions (finely chopped). Grease an oblong mold (terrine tin) or cover it with baking paper.

Pour a portion of the minced meat and cover the sides of the mold with it.

Sprinkle with some of the finely chopped spring onions. Pour the diced boiled potatoes and sprinkle with onions again.

Cover with the eggs and cucumbers (sliced), onions again, processed cheese pieces and finish off with the roasted peppers and a eggplants.

Cover with the remaining minced meat. Spread a little oil on top and bake at 360°F (180°C) for 35-40 minutes. Cool and invert the terrine onto a suitable plate.

The minced meat terrine is very tasty.
