How to make
Blanch the tomatoes briefly to make them easier to peel. Then remove the seeds and blend until a pure tomato juice is obtained.
Boil it until it thickens, then add the finely chopped onions and the grated hot peppers.
Season with salt, vinegar, sugar and wine and boil for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Shortly before removing the products from the stove, add the starch dissolved in water and the spices.
The resulting mixture is distributed in jars and the homemade ketchup is sterilized for 10-15 minutes.
The spicy homemade ketchup is ready.
