In a large pot, heat the olive oil and fry the onion until golden. Add the peas, broth, and 2 tbsp. tarragon.
It is good for the soup to boil until the peas soften. Cool the vegetable soup and blend it well.
Boil again and add the remaining tarragon. Finally, season with salt and black pepper. The vegetable cream soup with peas and tarragon is super tasty and easy to make.
