How to make
Mix the two types of butter and sugar together in a large bowl and add the eggs, almond extract and vanilla.
In another container, mix the salt, baking soda and both types of flour.
Mix the dry and liquid ingredients slowly until a dough is obtained.
Shape it with your hands and cover it with cling film. Put it in the fridge for a few hours.
Then roll out the dough on a surface floured with coconut flour.
Using cookie cutters, cut out the delicious cookies and arrange them in a tray onto baking paper.
Do these steps with the rest of the dough.
Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes and let them cool.
Decorate them with a glaze of your choice and enjoy.
