How to make
The first step is to grind the plain biscuits, which can be done in a chopper or just put them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Then melt the butter for half a minute in the microwave. Mix with the biscuits. Divide the resulting crumbs into four bowls or suitable cups.
Mix the yogurt with a spoonful of sugar and the chia seeds. Mix well and leave the mixture for ten minutes.
Next, beat the Ricotta cheese with the remaining sugar. I used a liquidizer. Then mix with the yogurt with chia. Spread the filling for our cheesecake on the cheesecake base in the cups.
Add jam of your choice on top. I used berry jam!
Leave the finished desserts in cups for several hours in the refrigerator.
The mini cheesecake with ricotta in cups is impressive and very tasty.
