For these mini cakes, first boil the cocoa starch according to the instructions on the package. Add the nutella and the crushed biscuits to it.
In a deep bowl with a mixer, beat the mascarpone and powdered sugar.
Use your best dessert cups and start alternating cream with biscuits, mascarpone and blueberry jam. Finish them off with cream and biscuits on top.
Optionally, you can decorate the mini cakes in cups with whipped cream.
