  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • lovage leaves
  • salt - to taste
  • flour - 1 cup
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.

How to make

The sardines are cleaned from the scales and entrails and the heads are kept.

Salt, lovage leaves and lemon juice are placed in the belly of the fish and left for 30 minutes to rest.

Heat olive oil in a pan and after rolling in flour fry the fish until golden.
