How to make
The spinach is blanched in boiling water, strained and finely chopped.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. The corn flour is dissolved in three tablespoons of milk and it is is added to them.
They are mixed, the chopped spinach is added and all the ingredients are mixed.
The egg mixture is poured into a heated and greased pan. As soon as it hardens, with the help of a wide spatula, it is turned to the other side as well.
The finished egg base is placed on a large shallow plate and it is left to cool.
During this time, crush a clove of garlic in a bowl. Add the crumbled white cheese and cream.
Mix until a creamy mixture is obtained and it is used to spread the egg base. Roll it up and cut it into equal sized rolls.
It is served with optional side dish.
The egg rolls with spinach and cheese are ready.
