Ingredients

  • octopus tentacles - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • celery - 2 stalks
  • lemons - 1/2 pc.
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
measures

How to make

Cut the octopus tentacles into large pieces and put them in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes (or in a regular one for 40-50 minutes or until soft) with salt.

Once they are done, take them out and let them drain and cool.

Finely chop the garlic and fry it in a deep frying pan in the butter, add the tentacles and fry briefly.

Add the paprika and black pepper and fry again briefly, pour the wine, leave them to stew for a minute or two and pour the octopus in butter into a plate.

Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with finely chopped celery and serve the stewed octopus tentacles with garlic and wine while they are warm.
