How to make
Turkey legs with new potatoes and beer - a classic that never gets old.
Wash the turkey legs well and pat them dry.
Make deep cuts on both sides of the thighs.
Prepare the marinade for them by combining all the ingredients and mixing well.
Coat the legs liberally with this marinade and let them sit for 1 hour.
Wash the potatoes well without peeling them and cut them into large pieces.
Put a little oil and the seasoning ras el hanout in a bowl, add the potatoes and salt to taste and mix well.
This spice is very aromatic and I have not added any others. But you can replace it with turkey seasoning to your liking.
Arrange the potatoes on the bottom of a baking tray and add the marinated turkey legs.
Cut the butter and add it as well.
Pour the beer.
Then put the tray in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) and bake the dish for about an hour and a half.
Turn the turkey meat every half hour to keep it juicy and to brown evenly on all sides.
Bake until a golden skin forms on the turkey with potatoes.
