  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • cranberries - 2 tbsp.
  • vanilla powder - 1 pc (0.2 g) or essence (1 tsp)
  • oat bran - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Mash the banana in a bowl and add honey, cocoa and vanilla.

Mix and add the cottage cheese. We mix very well. Finally, pour the blueberries and stir.

Cut pieces from aluminum foil and put the mixture on each piece and shape it into a block.

Wrap tightly with the foil and store the bars in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
