How to make
Mix all the ingredients without the cinnamon and 1 tbsp. coconut shaving and mix well.
Shape the mixture into balls using your hands, which need to be greased with coconut oil.
After you have shaped them, roll them in a mixture of coconut shavings and cinnamon.
Decorate the coconut truffles with whole walnuts on top.
Put the truffles in the fridge for 30 minutes.
