Prawns Provencale is a delicate combination of prawns fried in olive oil with garlic, tomatoes with basil and served with a baguette.
Wash the prawns well.
Heat the olive oil and the chopped garlic cloves in a pan and fry them for a minute on moderate heat.
Add the prawns and once they have lightly browned, add the wine and the passata tomato sauce with a little basil and parsley.
Cook until the shrimp turn acquire an appetizing color on all sides - about 8-10 minutes and the sauce is cooked.
