How to make
Wash and clean the large king prawns and place them in a bowl.
Add the soy sauce and leave them for half an hour.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and put the prawns in it. Fry them for a few minutes on both sides.
Pour the rum and flambé them. Once the flame goes out, add the butter.
Peel the garlic and press it inside.
Leave it for a while and remove it. Transfer the Szechuan Prawns into a plate and sprinkle them with the fresh dill.
