How to make
If the tiger prawns are frozen, they are left to defrost.
In a deep pan, melt the butter and add the completely defrosted shrimp. Salt very lightly, season with black pepper and chopped garlic. Add the white wine. Reduce the heat and cover it with a lid.
Leave the prawns to simmer for about 12-15 minutes.
Remove the lid, the prawns are almost done. Add a pinch of paprika and chopped fresh dill, shake the pan and remove it from the heat.
Serve the prawns with a ready-made sauce of your choice - Aioli or lemon.
If you don't have store-bought aioli, you can make your own aioli:
Add in a dry jar:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 yolk at room temperature
- pinch of salt
Blend with a blender. Add a lemon wedge for extra flavor.
