How to make

Wash the calamari, cut them into circles about a centimeter thick and set them aside.

In a deep dish, mix the two types of flour, baking powder and salt.

In another plate, beat the eggs and pour them into the flour. Mix well until you get a thick paste.

Put the oil in a deep pan on the stove and heat it up.

Dip a few circles of calamari in the mixture and place them in the oil.

Fry for just one minute and remove and place them on kitchen paper to absorb the fat.

Then arrange them on a plate, slice the lemon and serve the Wonderful Beer Appetizer with a glass of cold beer or cold White Wine and Remoulade Sauce.

Enjoy your meal! The Breaded Calamari with Remoulade Sauce are ready.
