How to make
The pickles are cut into very small cubes. The capers are chopped very finely and mixed with the pickles.
Finely chop the dill, add it to the pickles with the capers and mix well. The mayonnaise is mixed with mustard, white pepper, salt and lemon peel.
Add a little bit of the mixture with the pickles while stirring continuously. This sauce is suitable for fish and seafood.
