"Make a quick Greek sauce to diversify the table where the juicy chicken meat is already waiting for you"

Ingredients

  • olive oil - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • dill
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs. small (boiled)
measures

How to make

First, boil the potatoes, peel them and set them aside. Then take a bowl, put olive oil, an egg, lemon juice inside and start blending, using a liquidizer, but you can also use a blender.

Once a slightly thick sauce is obtained, add pressed garlic, turmeric, salt, dill and the boiled potatoes and start to blend again.

A thick and an almost orange colored sauce is obtained and goes very well with chicken, you can use it with fried chicken by dipping it inside the sauce or with grilled chicken fillet - poured on top and sprinkled with dill, it turns out very fresh .

It can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week. Great meat sauce!
