In a container on the stove, mix the ketchup, soya sauce, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and water. Boil until slightly evaporated.
Finally add the sugar, stir and thicken with the starch that has been dissolved in a little water. Remove it from the heat and mix the chili in.
If you don't want it spicy, use a dry, non-spicy paprika instead of chili.
