Cut the chicken into pieces or thin slices of your choice. Salt and sprinkle with paprika and soya sauce and leave it for half an hour in a cool area to season.
In individual dishes, distribute the flour, breadcrumbs and whisked eggs. Heat the oil in a pan and roll each chicken bite in flour, then egg, breadcrumbs and eggs again.
Fry briefly until light golden. Drain on paper towels.
